Deadline for the delivery of a project within the scope of the Grundtvig learning partnership. Art aspects art society will be the co-ordinator under the direction of Sandie Brischler, Klaudia Stoll and Michael von Erlenbach of a project with the title: MAMA-PROJECTS involving 8 different European countries. A joy-full appreciation of our embodied existence lies at the centre of the workshop process. These bodily investigations become immediately translated into creative artworks as the performative exercises develop from the flow of playful and associative tasks. This creative Workshop directs its interest upon typography and the practice of the writing. The use of typography and the tradition of the written word make up an essential element of our culture and our history as social, communicative beings. Literature also provides a means for the expression of our personality. We will return to the roots of this practice in the workshop and consider its history and the role it has played, particularly within our society. In addition to the historical focus, the employment of aesthetics within writing and its use as a creative process will be explored. ……..read more
